Health Care Project Manager/Business Analyst

Manage implementation of health care/insurance software for clients across the country.

3+ years experience as a business analyst in health care or insurance setting
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience with business process analysis and mapping techniques
Proficiency in Visio or other workflow documentation tool
Experience in designing and executing test plans for QA and UAT
Strong client focus and collaborative work style
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Travel required, variable up to 50%

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate meetings with business representatives, subject matter experts, analysts and developers
Define and manage the scope, requirements and implementation of projects
Gather and document workflow, high-level and detailed business and functional requirements by guiding clients through their workflow processes
Analyze client operations to determine opportunities to streamline processes and automate where appropriate
Use GUI software tools to design workflows, screens, fields based on gathered business requirements
Contribute to writing technical specification / design document as part of a cross-functional team (Clinical, Engineering, Product Marketing, QA)
Develop use case scenarios with clients
Construct, manage, and execute test plans and scripts with QA
Work with QA on testing and bug identification
Guide client through user acceptance testing process
Create training manuals and train users on interface
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers
Support documentation needs such as user guides, manuals, etc.
