They are looking to hire several Implementation Consultants in the first Quarter!

Our client is leading ERP software company that is stable and growing. They have been in business for over 25 years with a management team that has a strong track record of success.

The Implementation Consultant can be based anywhere in the country because extensive travel is required

This role requires a functional understanding of Human Resources, Payroll, and Human Capital Management.

Prefer experience with any of the following packages:

SAP
Oracle
ADP
Ceridian
Paychex
JD Edwards
Lawson
Baan
Ultipro
ABRA

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather client requirements.
• Implement, configure, document, and test system.
• Recommend additional solutions.
• Manage project plans and schedules

Requirements:
• BS/BA degree.
• ERP Materials Management & Procurement experience.
• At least 2 years working in a professional services organization.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Experience delivering Human Resources, Payroll, Time Collection, or Wage Determination solutions to clients.
• Strongly prefer certifications: SHRM or APA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• US work authorization.

About Tim Gourley
Tim earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He began his career as a Computer Programmer for a national consulting firm in Connecticut and Massachusetts where he focused on developing enterprise systems for Fortune 500 companies.

In 1996 Tim left the programming field and joined Kforce Professional Staffing (Source EDP) as a Technical Recruiter. There he expanded Kforce’s technology practice by bringing on high-profile clients primarily in software and financial services industries, and represented companies such as 3COM, IBM, Accenture, Scudder Kemper Investments, Brown Brothers Harriman, AEW Capital Management, Manulife, MFS, Staples, Dell, and Akamai.

Tim consistently ranked in the top 5% of his peer group and he consistently attained Performer’s Club and Board honors.

In 2003 he started his own Technology search practice and recently reconnected with several colleagues to form Resource Technology Partners.
